True, honest and actionable tips for shedding the excess pounds of fat from overburdened, overweight bodies seem to be in short supply. But we’ll redress that balance here by letting you in on some secrets for free that you’d normally pay good money for!
The last post “How Easy is it to Lose Weight?”, went into the ease of losing weight side of this business and opened a few eyes, I can tell you. Well, here I’m just going to open those eyes a little wider and get some eyebrows to raise in the process because these true tips are going to blow your mind!
I think that you may now be ready to discuss my devilish thoughts about fitness and exercise which are a very detailed cut from where I’m heading in my personal journey. Mean business when you walk as there are more ways to do this than most people think. When you set your mind on something you can do anything.
So it’s not necessarily back to the drawing board, but you need to get yourself fitter so you can burn off the extra calories. Nobody can tell you how much time you should spend on losing the excess fat, that’s up to you.
Ok, what I have here is a selection of absolutely relevant and true fat busting tips:
- Drink lots of water every day. When you do this you’ll feel less like snacking plus your body will be hydrated and your metabolism will function more efficiently to burn off the excess calories
- As your body only starts burning its store of fat after 20 minutes of exercise, take lots of walks that last more than 20 minutes and pace yourself as quickly as you can so you break out in a sweat.
- Your mind is your best weapon in your weight loss armory. Don’t just think positive, really believe you have already achieved the weight loss you desire. This alters the way the mind perceives the body weight that you should be and it acts subconsciously to make it so
- Visualize yourself at your correct weight and really get into the feeling place of actually being that weight. See yourself wearing nice, slim clothes, feel how good it feels to wear them. It kicks your belief system into overdrive and you will shed the weight to get into those clothes for real!
Ok, these are the tips that will help you get back in shape. Some days it will seem easier than others, but when you do only these four things every day and really push the boat out, you’ll see results for sure. You know what you’re capable of. I’ll just add a rule thumb to this post. It’s one of the simplest things you’ll ever do!
You must believe that you can achieve your ideal physical size and mass. One way is to simply lose a pound here and a pound there. Another tip that I’d give with regards to this is to think about how to exercise safely. I want my name to be associated with sensible dieting. As long as you stay focused on your goal, you’ll attain it.
Being slim, healthy and looking and feeling good is a great way to live your life. This really can produce a lot of enjoyment. When you’re fit, you burn calories quicker. When you eat too much, your size will increase. It is superb how one can deal with a easy pursuit like this. When you’re fit, you can eat practically whatever you like and yet still lose weight. Your energy levels will rise as your fitness improves. Motivate yourself to lose wight and you will. Visualize yourself as slim and fit and make that your chosen goal.
If you need some motivation to get fit, just imagine how much more attractive you’ll be. I’ve been working hard again this fine evening working on my own ideas and writing things down as I think of them. Remember, only lose as many pounds as you are comfortable with!
That topic may have been beaten to death, but you need to get in your mind a healthy image of yourself to start with. To get yourself fit, move around and flex those muscles. Doing it naturally is easily the fastest way and should be first in your thoughts each day. Who says you can’t do that? Personally since I only use a little easy weight loss to be inclusive. Losing weight was also created. Some things never change. It can also be a lot of fun. Don’t waste money on surgery when exercise will have the same end result.
