  2. As your body only starts burning its store of fat after 20 minutes of exercise, take lots of walks that last more than 20 minutes and pace yourself as quickly as you can so you break out in a sweat.
  3. Your mind is your best weapon in your weight loss armory. Don’t just think positive, really believe you have already achieved the weight loss you desire. This alters the way the mind perceives the body weight that you should be and it acts subconsciously to make it so
  4. Visualize yourself at your correct weight and really get into the feeling place of actually being that weight. See yourself wearing nice, slim clothes, feel how good it feels to wear them. It kicks your belief system into overdrive and you will shed the weight to get into those clothes for real!

Ok, these are the tips that will help you get back in shape. Some days it will seem easier than others, but when you do only these four things every day and really push the boat out, you’ll see results for sure. You know what you’re capable of. I’ll just add a rule thumb to this post. It’s one of the simplest things you’ll ever do!

You must believe that you can achieve your ideal physical size and mass. One way is to simply lose a pound here and a pound there. Another tip that I’d give with regards to this is to think about how to exercise safely. I want my name to be associated with sensible dieting. As long as you stay focused on your goal, you’ll attain it.

How Easy is it to Lose Weight?

Ok, welcome back to this great inspirational blog! The last post “What Weight Loss and Exercise Means To Me”, delved into the nether regions of the business of losing weight and what it means to me, so I’d like to do a follow up that takes the question “how easy is it to lose weight?” and give something by way of some answers!

Well this is nothing new to me, but I’m sure there are plenty of people who are afraid of getting started to lose some excess pounds for fear of failure. Well, I’m here to tell you that when you set your mind to do this, it’s the easiest thing to do. Being positive in your thoughts is one of the best ways there is of training yourself for success. Am I wrong in saying that about it? I don’t think so, at all.

One good turn deserves another when it comes to getting healthy and losing it. As long as you stay focused on your goal, you’ll attain it. We should rethink the idea that these are the least important things you need to learn when it comes to this stuff. This can be so much fun. One thing you should do is get off your lazy backside, because if you’re lacking will power, you’ll need to really kick yourself in the behind and get yourself moving!

I’ll talk and you listen OK. Keep the end result firmly fixed in your mind. If you need some motivation to get fit, just imagine how much more attractive you’ll be when you’re X amount of pounds lighter than you “were”!
