Stretching is a well known precursor to engaging in any strenuous exercise as it limbers up the muscles and allows them to move more freely when the hard work begins. This weight loss notion involves an exercise that everyone does at irregular intervals in the course of the day, but never for long enough for it to make a difference.

Start by stretching your legs as much as you are able to. Have a good yawn at the same time and stretch your arms right up over your head. You should be sitting up straight when you do that. Next, feeling recharged, go ahead skip out of your bed and, add fuel to the fire, stretch your legs once again. Make sure you stretch up onto the balls of your feet and for one extra blast of energy, steal yourself and stretch your whole body one last time.
